1.Relax first. Go slow.
2.If your stress is brought on by fears take a few minutes and write out your fears on a piece of paper and determine, perhaps with the help of a reliable friend, if these are healthy or unhealthy.
3.Don’t take things too seriously.
4.Practice living one day at a time.
5.Put up natural sceneries on the walls of your room.
6.Realize that all stress is not bad. It helps us to prepare well.
7.Christian music can be soothing for a person who is under a lot of stress. .
8.Engage in some physical activity.Walk, run, ride a bicycle, punch a boxing bag, go swimming, golfing, tennis, hand ball, etc..
9.Claim God’s promise.
'Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass'.
10.Work regularly.
11.Be optimistic.
12.Identify your strong and weak points and work out to improve upon strong points.
13.Last but not the least: An easy formula- Three Ps: Plan,Prepare and Pray
